Chasing ongoing projects Checking specification, quantities, price, brands and tender and contract requirements Material planning at ongoing projects Document Controlling Reporting to QS Manager
-To execute work based on contractual requirements and consultant's specifications -Co-operate and communicate effectively with senior project manager, technical manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Develop plans to satisfy customer requirements -Attend the coordination meeting, progress meeting and safety meeting Monitor site progress and manpower -Co-ordinate details of equipment, location and materials, etc with project team -Adapt and maintain proper quality system documentation -Continuously identify improvement and ensure proper site installation -Ensure quality workmanship -Co-ordinate with all suppliers and delivery of equipment and materials Plan and co-ordinate equipment delivery and allocation for site - Organise, plan and execute the overall project undertaken in a professional, ethical, safe and cost-effective manner
M&E Coordinator Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work in accordance with contract drawings and specifications Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings to align all parties involved Update and report on M&E progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution Negotiate and seek approval for any M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
