• Review tender drawings, specifications, scope of works and contract requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ and tender costing.

• Senior/Executive/Assistant Manager levels will be responsible for guiding junior team members and supporting team coordination and management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying / Commercial / Contract within the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, tendering, costing and cost control.
• Knowledge of Progress Claim, Variation Order, subcontractor payment and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and relevant Quantity Surveying / Engineering software or training.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and a good team player.
