All Prudential Myanmar Jobs
Support investment manager in drafting investment proposals. Assist in investment execution, cash movement, cash flow reports preparation and cash flow projections for Myanmar. Build and maintain relationships with banks and investment counterparties. Handle information gathering from bank counterparties and work with PMLI compliance team in performing sanctions screening and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) due diligence. Assist in monitoring and reconciling repayments collected from investing counterparties. Calculate investment portfolio performance measures for PMLI such as yield, duration, portfolio concentration, credit limit utilization, etc. Support in preparing investment performance reports to PMLI Investment Committee (IC) through quarterly IC meeting or ad-hoc basis (if needed). Support in credit rating review of all counterparties annually and monitoring financial covenants of counterparts quarterly for PMLI. Assist in performing annual risk and compliance exercises for PMLI. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and execute agency campaigns aligned with business targets Translate campaign design into clear actions for BDMs, leaders, and agents Ensure smooth rollout, communication, and tracking across regions Monitor campaign performance closely and take timely actions to close gaps 2. Project Management Support end-to-end delivery of agency initiatives (recruitment drives, productivity programs, performance improvement plans) Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timelines are met Coordinate with BDMs, training, operations, and performance teams Ensure clear ownership and accountability in execution 3. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track daily and weekly sales and campaign performance Prepare simple and clear updates highlighting progress, gaps, and actions needed Support performance review meetings with relevant data and insights 4. Field Engagement & Understanding Stay close to agency field to understand agent behavior, challenges, and needs Ensure campaigns are practical and aligned with how agents and leaders operate Collect feedback from field and continuously improve campaign effectiveness 5. Coordination with BDMs & Agency Leaders Work closely with BDMs to ensure consistent execution across teams Follow up regularly to ensure actions are completed Support BDMs in driving discipline and performance within their teams 6. Execution Discipline & Governance Maintain clear tracking of campaign activities and results Ensure adherence to campaign rules, SOPs, and company policies Escalate issues early and ensure proper documentation
Help bank staff to generate Life Insurance leads while conducting banking transactions Responsible for closure of sales leads Support Branch Managers to drive life insurance business Share knowledge about life insurance products to bank staff Provide data on various parameters of sales of Life Insurance to Branch Managers Closely work with bank sales & service team to answer any customer-related queries, and service the claims Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients Involve actively in all joint promotional activities by the bank and insurance company
