Compensation & Benefit Support the daily operations of the compensation and benefits program across the organization. Prepare and validate payroll data to ensure timely and accurate salary processing. Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and tax deductions. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly SSB and PIT reports for both local and expatriate employees. Support year-end PIT tax returns and ensure timely government filings in compliance with statutory deadlines. Ensure all C&B policies and practices comply with current labor laws and internal guidelines. Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits when required. Administer employee benefits programs, including health & Life insurance, leave entitlements, and other welfare initiatives. Coordinate with service providers/vendors and ensure employee queries are addressed promptly. HR Data & Operations Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and physical, including payroll, benefits, and related documentation. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information. Support on HR operations like travel process, letter preparation and cash advance & claim process. Prepare regular reports related to C&B and others (e.g., headcount, turnover, payroll costs) Other assigned tasks.

Conduct basic training modules necessary for the onboarding of distribution channels. Assist new recruits to pass the regulatory exam and obtain licenses and ensure high completion rates on conducted training programs by keeping a robust and accurate database. Increase new agent activation by implementing monitoring and reporting results of initiatives as required by the training manager. Navigate the Learning Management System (LMS) and achieve all other required developmental programs. Accountable to mentoring for upward career movement by performing next-level functions and developing relevant competencies that provide value for that position under the guidance of the respective line manager. Sharing of distribution data and reports together with the line manager. Ownership of training master data and accountability of training programs report. Perform other functions or tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head in support of company KPIs.
