Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies. Logistics & Distribution Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities. Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules, and third-party logistics providers. Monitor delivery performance to ensure on-time and accurate shipments. Control logistics costs and improve operational efficiency. Inventory Control Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams on inventory planning. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or damages. Team Management Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff. Assign duties, set performance targets, and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure staff follow safety rules and operational procedures. Reporting & Compliance Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and logistics KPIs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company standards. Manage audits related to warehouse and logistics operations.
