Handling Sales Volume to Development. Monthly Sales Report to GM. Developing strategy, sales & marketing planning, market and profit targets. Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities. Lead, manage, coach and mentor internal sales, business development managers and technical support engineers. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target areas. Identifying new markets and new sales channels Direct marketing and PR support activities. Provide proactive leadership and direction for the global sales, marketing and customer support teams, ensuring they achieve and exceed their objectives and targets Management of international agents and distributors. Create and manage sales & marketing budgets. Prepare sales and revenue forecasts. Monitor competitor’s products, services and prices. Attend exhibitions and trade fairs to promote AKSA products and services. Lead negotiations with customers and external agents, cultivating long-term customer relationships. Contribute to the company’s product road map. Complete management of the product portfolio, including both new product introduction and obsolescence. Monthly and yearly management reporting. Develop a reputation as being one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the industry Support the MD/GM in all assigned projects
Using advanced diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting generator issues Competence in mentoring and training junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge, and promoting skill development. Ability to explain complex technical issues to customers and colleagues in a clear and understandable manner Planning and scheduling service activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks Good housekeeping of both customers' site and company vehicle Keep of service tools and check in working area when after jobs Customer liaison update and ensure complete customers' satisfication Daily record the service jobs in the customer data base google sheet. Cooperate with customer care department for effective customer complain handle and satisfication Check and preview daily service job reports Any other duties as requires by section head/Managers
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify new markets, understand customer needs, and explore business opportunities for growth. Formulate competitive pricing strategies in alignment with market trends and company goals. 2. Distribution Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Ensure nationwide product availability and effective distribution channel operations. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment. 3. Performance Monitoring: Define sales targets for the team and track progress using established KPIs. Analyze sales data to generate insights and optimize sales performance. Implement corrective actions and strategies to address underperforming areas. 4. Customer Relations: Oversee key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Implement and manage CRM tools to enhance customer retention and engagement. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally. 5. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and distribution team to meet business goals. Conduct performance appraisals and provide developmental opportunities for team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 6. Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare, manage, and optimize the sales and distribution budget. Create and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management. Recommend and implement cost-effective initiatives to improve profitability. Additional Responsibilities: Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors’ activities. Participate in industry events and networking to build relationships and promote the company’s brand. Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Ensure all service and maintenance tasks are completed on time and to high standards. Manage scheduling and dispatching of service technicians. Monitor and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer commitments. Lead and supervise the service team, including service technicians and administrative support staff. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure long-term satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and preferences. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, strengths and areas for improvement. Use feedback to inform service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure service excellence. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify areas for corrective action. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of service equipment and tools. Ensure all service activities comply with health and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment for all team members Proficiency with service management software and other relevant IT tools
