Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper layout and space utilization to optimize storage capacity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Implement warehouse procedures, SOPs, and best practices.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Logistics & Distribution

• Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor delivery performance to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.
• Control logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.

Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams on inventory planning.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or damages.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.
• Assign duties, set performance targets, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff follow safety rules and operational procedures.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and logistics KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company standards.
• Manage audits related to warehouse and logistics operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
