Responsibilities This position is based at the SC Auto Myanmar office and will provide remote accounting and administrative support to the Singapore Headquarters. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Preparation of accounting and financial reports in compliance with financial policy to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit. Handle high volume of AR/AP transactions. Billings, payments processing and data entry using ERP to record transactions relating to Sales, Purchases, Receivables, Payables, and Cash in a timely manner. Monitor bank daily transaction and record the transaction based on its nature of transactions. Monitor and maintain cash flow by ensuring cash collection and cash expenditure on schedule. Intercompany billing and reconciliation. Prepare accounting schedules for audit purpose. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
