Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the company window person to make business deals with customers & dealers by engaging in all kinds of communication, coordination in connection with the fore mentioned service operation.
  • Assist in the implementation, promotion, and administration of company direction such as Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Service Standard, Diamond Concept, Warranty, Master level training, Etc.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize the result of service and parts operation then feedback to top management.
  • Oversee the services department, technicians, services advisor, and services provider
  • Distribute works to technicians in a fair manner to ensure the operation is running effectively
  • Handled customers complaints and ensured high customers satisfaction standards
  • Promoted services facilities to increased services business
  • Coordinated product launch events, sponsorships, sales events and others marketing and promotional activities.
  • Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives.
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.
  • Encouraging technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualification

  • Age between 30-45
  • Any graduated can apply and more preferable Engineering degree candidates
  • Around 5 years’ management experience with the industries of after sales services.
  • Experience in After Sales, Marketing, in automobile industry is a plus.
  • Having customer service attitude, sense of responsibility and self-motivator.
  • Good command of English and Computer literacy.
  • Awareness of product's latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
