JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle all sales support operations including, but not limited to SC AUTO Singapore and Myanmar. Update and maintain customer database including document management Consolidate and generate weekly and monthly reports Communicate and engagement with customers Assist in Marketing activities & events such as roadshow, product launch etc Handle customer enquiry, prepare quotations, contracts, invoices etc Work Closely with Singapore SC Auto Sales Team for SC Singapore for sales order processing using Enterprise Resource Planning software, Prepare submission of LTA inspection doc & registration of vehicles including delivery prepare motor insurance & hire purchase loan query, processing & documentation Communicate with insurance company & customers for insurance coverage Handle customer enquiry, prepare quotations, contracts, invoices etc
Responsibilities: Attend to customers’ repair & maintenance requirement including but not limited to body repair, electrical, mechanical repairs, paint works, etc. Provide quotation & issue job order to workshop repair team. Act as a primary point of contact between customers and the workshop Coordinate repair job, parts availability, parts ordering Liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met (On time delivery, customer treatment, quality of repair, reasonable cost etc.) Enhance customers satisfaction by ensuring the vehicle is repaired according to customers requirement. Generate invoice, arrange customers vehicle collections, payment collections. Assist in accident reporting when required, handle surveys. Handle customer feedback
Responsibilities To be mainly responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for Both Singapore and Myanmar HR Team, including the following. To Lead our HR Team Both Singapore and Myanmar. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act/CPF/IRAS/Work pass. To be involve in local recruitment/ orientation of new staff/ workers Design and conduct in-house training for workers and staffs Schedule and send staffs/ workers for external training/ relevant trade test etc. Preparation of Employment contracts/ confirmation letters Generate performance appraisal forms (for annual / confirmation / promotion appraisals) Administrate exit clearance and counselling, To administer leave, MC, injury claims etc Process monthly payroll for 200 headcounts, tax submission, submitting government claims To prepare and implement HR Polices Conduct salary cost and overtime analysis on monthly basis and be involved in implementing compensation scheme related to performance and work efficiently to cut cost for company. To handle staff welfare Perform the role as ISO 9001 AMR Play important role in Factory Safety Committee To handle company building facilities and tenants affairs To assist the General Manager in daily running of the company. To be involve in ad hoc project (if any)
Assist in managing group purchasing and support activities of the Purchasing Department Responsible for end-to-end procurement according to the purchasing guidelines. Manage the turnaround time for inventory. Handling the Purchase Order Management. Establish inventory control and stock take activities Continuously determine potential suppliers and review existing suppliers to keep a pool of competent suppliers. Order high quality materials and products for the company and coordinate with the suppliers. Build positive relationships with the suppliers and maintain negotiation strategies for obtaining the best deal. Collaborate with suppliers on delivery schedules, quality concerns, component specs, and certification needs. Oversee project costs, inventory turnaround times, and purchase order management. Collaborate with other teams to achieve project cost reductions and timely delivery. Adhere to procurement policies and processes both internal and external. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors) Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes. Encouraging technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers.
