Manages, develops and implements a comprehensive recruitment plan that involves effective prospective student management, targeted recruitment efforts delivery, effectively enrolling prospective students. Initiates strategies for student success and retention; educates students and parents regarding various pathways to higher education. Visits high schools, private/boarding schools and colleges, speaks to groups and individual students, and meets with school counsellors and administrators to promote our University's Programme courses Systematically gather market and competitor information and conduct market research. Organizes and implements all aspects of campuses special events utilizing presentation and promotional materials, maintaining budgetary and operational controls. Supervises assigned staff, including hiring, work assignments, performance management and evaluations, process workflows, training and problem resolution Provides leadership to the recruitment team; develops and oversees recruitment strategies, annual recruitment goals and objectives, and outreach events in support of the university’s strategic plan Researches and utilizes data and recruitment tools to select prospective populations to target for marketing and recruitment messaging.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and the recruitment process. Maintain HR operational documents eg. Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Employment Agreements & Contracts, etc. Responsible for the preparation of rules & regulations for staffs. Managing and delivering the day-to-day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks. Preparation letter of appointment, confirmation, adjustment, warning, termination, promotion and other HR related letter. Act as an advisor and counsel to the employees on HR matters. Review, introduce and implement HR policies. Handle monthly payroll processing. Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and urgency Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws
