Perform day-to-day Human Resource operations Manage new employee orientation program and briefing Maintaining the employees’ data and update employees’ record in HR system Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules Training administration Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolve employee relations issues. Preparation of the regular monthly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports. Perform all government related reports and claims such as maternity, medical leave In charge of insurance matters related to welfare of employees Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities. Take on additional projects/assignments as and when required.
Maintenance Senior Technician (Electrical)-Myingyan Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance works. Include liaising with operations, prioritizing jobs, mobilize work force, spares and allocating resources. Senior technicians are implementing preventive and corrective maintenance including SAP system tracking and recording. Trouble shoot critical or major plant issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) studies, plant improvement initiative, and drive cost management. Implement management initiatives to optimize the assets and seek to continuously improve on the methods, procedures and update with the latest developments in the market by adopting a suitable approach like proactive initiatives viz predictive and preventive maintenance activities and default actions like failure finding, redesigning and running to failure. Upkeep risk registers, take part in safety walkdowns, implement safety initiatives, and ensure that good safety practices are practiced by all stakeholders in the maintenance work. Develop and establish maintenance procedures, risk assessment and method statements for all maintenance activities to ensure safe execution. Ensure that maintenance works, and plant equipment comply with Statutory Requirements. Assist in maintenance related projects to improve workflow and maintenance processes Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided) Receiving spare part inspection at warehouse. Senior technicians able to lead in-house and external contractors management. Ensure smooth and timely execution of all the shutdown/schedule maintenance activities. Awareness of HSE in Process safety of the plant.
