Perform day-to-day Human Resource operations Manage new employee orientation program and briefing Maintaining the employees’ data and update employees’ record in HR system Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules Training administration Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolve employee relations issues. Preparation of the regular monthly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports. Perform all government related reports and claims such as maternity, medical leave In charge of insurance matters related to welfare of employees Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities. Take on additional projects/assignments as and when required.
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the employee functions as part of the site leadership team utilizing their technical expertise, discretion, and judgment within established policies, procedures, and practices. • Responsible for reliability and availability of the mechanical equipment (Static, piping, valves and rotating equipment) • Develop and adds to/modifies as required all maintenance philosophy, preventive maintenance schedule, maintenance procedures and repair procedure, in accordance with industry best practices. • Lead and execute maintenance activities in accordance with Company Health, Safety, Environment guidelines and Permit-To-Work requirement. • Ensure compliance to local and international code of practices. • Preparing schedule, execution plan, manpower, spare part for plant major maintenance activities and lead the team to ensure smooth and timely execution of all the major maintenance activities. • Demonstrates and ability to make competent decisions in emergency situations. • Supervise and train the team for daily and routine maintenance tasks. • Prepare, monitor, control of maintenance budget and report quarterly budget status to RO. • Understand and ensure compliance to safety, PTW, MS and RA. • Liaise with purchasing department for ordering of part and consumable, as well as for maintenance contracts. • Maintain and Monitor plant mechanical spare part and record monthly. • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical related issue and provide the solution to team. • To conduct and able to lead root cause failure analysis for failure. • Assist and coordinate with major equipment OEM for schedule maintenance. • Able to deal directly to vendor and contractor as technical issue, T&C and provide the solution to team and procurement team. • Well coordinating and teamwork with different team members. • Submit department monthly report to HOD. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
