Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Maintenance Department and the Operations Planning team. Develop and prepare comprehensive job plans for scheduling, ensuring the inclusion of parts, materials, special tools, external services, documentation, and cost estimations. Job plans should outline the sequence of tasks while considering multi-craft alignment. Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and in a timely manner to maximize equipment availability and operational performance. Monitor and report on preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) work order backlogs, working to minimize any disruptions to the production schedule. Collaborate with OEM engineers to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities. Engage with EPC contractors and OEM engineers to track warranty claims, manage defect records, and develop rectification plans and schedules. Work closely with EPC contractors and OEM engineers to plan and schedule outages, ensuring minimal impact on operations. Identify and secure all necessary resources, including parts, labor hours, tools, and materials, to efficiently complete work orders. Conduct engineering and technical reviews for material purchasing and new project initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational needs. Develop and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance (PM) checklists and standard operating procedures, in coordination with the Maintenance Manager. Contribute to the implementation of initiatives focused on improving plant performance, reliability, and overall integrity. Oversee the planning and procurement of spare parts required for scheduled maintenance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in S4HANA and Integra systems, particularly for the PM module. Organize and manage the setup for major maintenance events, ensuring all logistics and resources are in place. Coordinate with EPGE regarding short-notice and planned outages and submit the yearly outage plan as required. Provide guidance to management on Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) inspection timelines and associated budget planning. Support the maintenance team (Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation) with PM and CM issues, continuously adjusting schedules to accommodate emergency work and minimizing downtime. Assist the Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Maintenance Managers with operational and maintenance budget tracking, submission, and forecasting. Provide technical assistance to the Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Maintenance Manager on various operational and maintenance matters. Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Participate in identifying and diagnosing issues with mechanical/electrical/instrument & control components and recommend corrective action. Assist in preparing accurate reports on maintenance tasks, findings, and test results. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing maintenance activities. Collaborate with Laboratory team to identify and address process chemistry issues.
