ရုံး၏ နေ့စဉ် Administration လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Office Facilities, Security, Cleaning နှင့် အခြား General Services များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။ Supplier / Vendor များထံမှ Quotation ရယူခြင်း၊ ပစ္စည်းမှာယူခြင်းနှင့်Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။ Company Assets များကို စာရင်းပြုစုခြင်း၊ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။ Company Policy၊ Rules & Regulations နှင့် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Admin Procedures များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Administration-related Documents, Invoice, Receipt နှင့် Records များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Township / Government Office များသို့ လိုအပ်သည့် Administration ကိစ္စများအတွက် သွားရောက်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Team Leader / Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြား Administration လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
