Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the MD to develop quarterly, semiannual, and annual business strategies requested by HQ, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local business conditions.
  2. HQ Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver management reports, strategic plans, and business updates in English and Korean, serving as a key communication bridge between HQ and the local entity.
  3. Strategic Alignment: Interpret HQ's strategic direction and management expectations and translate them into clear priorities and guidelines for internal departments.
  4. Cross-functional Coordination: Communicate corporate priorities across departments, coordinate follow-up actions, and support the implementation of HQ directives.
  5. Management Support: Support the MD in strategic decision-making through business analysis, and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in computer operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PageMaker), with an Advanced Excel level and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic to intermediate English communication skills required for job operational needs.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • At least 2 year(or ) 3 year of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates with Microfinance Institution (MFI) experience.
