Customer Excellence: Handle complex passenger inquiries, booking issues, and complaints professionally and promptly. Ensure the waiting area and ticketing counters maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Operational Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Operations Team regarding bus schedules, delays, or route changes. Communicate promotional offers, updated policies, or new routes to the sales team effectively.
