Handle the recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring new employees, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities. Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related information. Maintain and organize employees’ personal files and HR records systematically and confidentially. Prepare HR-related documents, including Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Warning Letters, Resignation and Termination documents. Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs for new employees. Follow up on probationary employees’ performance evaluations and employee confirmation processes. Communicate the company’s HR policies, rules, and regulations to employees and monitor compliance. Handle and resolve employee relations issues effectively and professionally. Coordinate and arrange training and development programs based on employees’ needs. Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
Strong knowledge of monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting, and cash flow management. Able to lead and supervise the Accounting Team effectively. Experienced in budget control and cost control. Able to prepare accurate reports in a timely manner and work effectively under deadlines.
