We are looking for a strong Production Manager to lead daily factory operations, improve output, manage workers, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate can handle people, machines, deadlines, and production planning with discipline. 1. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨
-Manage daily production of agricultural machinery / implements. -Ensure monthly production targets are achieved. -Plan manpower, machines, and materials efficiently. -Reduce downtime and delays. -Monitor WIP (work in progress). 2. 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 - Supervise supervisors, workers, welders, machinists, painters, assemblers. - Set daily tasks and monitor attendance Train workers for skill improvement. - Maintain discipline and safety culture. 3. 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡 - Ensure products meet company standards. - Reduce defects, rework, welding errors, paint issues. - Final inspection before dispatch.
