Assist in purchasing goods, products, and supplies required forwholesale and retail operations. Prepare and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). Request quotations and compare prices from suppliers. Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and quantities. Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure timely delivery of goods Assist in checking delivery notes, invoices, and received quantities. Maintain procurement records, supplier lists, and purchase documents. Support inventory replenishment and stock availability for retail outlets. Report any issues related to shortages, delays, or damaged goods. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.
