To assist in AR section in updating and verifying cash receipts from customer to maintain a proper customer outstanding balance in accounts receivable management. Check actual issues quantity as per warehouse inventory report with sales transactions at SAP system for accuracy of data entries. Monitor customer credit balance, overdue amount and prepare overdue, outstanding list of sales distribution team to follow up for mitigate credit risk. Prepare banks reconciliation for accurate bank and cash balance & customer promotional events, month end journal vouchers for correct accounting entries. Generate statement of accounts of credit sales hotels and distributors for confirmation of account receivable outstanding. Collect cash/cheque from five stars hotel and airlines to enhance customer service. Check monthly gratis entries for NCP promotion and employee gratis to be correct account and type and prepare journal voucher for correct usage and accounts. Monitor and follow up with SDU team for distributor’s bank guarantees amount and term expiry to mitigate credit risks.
Responsible for FG receiving and issuing with efficiency for sales and distribution in line with set procedures. Accuracy of stock taking, receiving and issuing of goods and materials complied with procedures. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly to make ensure smoothly warehouse operation and labors management. Communication with both draughts and non- draught outlets, sundry shops and check the hygiene and POSM items, and enter the data to the DVAQP system and check the stock in hand. Handle the direct sales of all brands during outlets visit. Daily, weekly and occasional report the market feedback and competitors’ information. Weekly NOV plan for the respective areas and checking SP’s during the visit. Achieve the set sales target. Compare, negotiate and advise the outlets regarding the sales plan and support BE for outlet promotion during seasonal and regional festivals. Negotiate with the township government departments for company FL license, transport pass and signage tax.
