Monitor daily, weekly and monthly to make ensure smoothly warehouse operation. To ensure all warehouse records are up to date according to (ISO) procedures and instructions. Coordinate with other department to improve operation.

Supervising and follow up housekeeping of individual section and department through GHPs, WIT and 5S audit to operate as the international company. Closely follow up with production planning and weekly schedule and follow up with 5S, WIT and safety audit finding.

To assist in AR section in updating and verifying cash receipts from customer to maintain a proper customer outstanding balance in accounts receivable management. Check actual issues quantity as per warehouse inventory report with sales transactions at SAP system for accuracy of data entries. Monitor customer credit balance, overdue amount and prepare overdue, outstanding list of sales distribution team to follow up for mitigate credit risk. Prepare banks reconciliation for accurate bank and cash balance & customer promotional events, month end journal vouchers for correct accounting entries. Generate statement of accounts of credit sales hotels and distributors for confirmation of account receivable outstanding. Collect cash/cheque from five stars hotel and airlines to enhance customer service. Check monthly gratis entries for NCP promotion and employee gratis to be correct account and type and prepare journal voucher for correct usage and accounts. Monitor and follow up with SDU team for distributor’s bank guarantees amount and term expiry to mitigate credit risks.

Project planning and timely execution by taking corrective measures as needed. Manage & track the budget in individual areas on a monthly basis. Manage brand activation programs and sponsorship activities to get maximum coverage and the best benefit from organizers for the brands. Contribute to developing communication campaigns to strengthen the brand. Execute and monitor brand activities within the budgets. Develop OOH Branding (Bus, Train, Wall, Home, Supermarket, etc..) to increase brand awareness. Measure and report the performance of all projects and assess against KPIs. Develop POSM items to be used in branding events and activities to increase brand awareness.
Responsible for achieving sales volume, market share and the effective representation of the company and brand customer. Communication with both draughts and non- draught outlets, sundry shops and check the hygiene and POSM items, and enter the data to the DVAQP system and check the stock in hand. Handle the direct sales of all brands during outlets visit. Daily, weekly and occasional report the market feedback and competitors’ information. Weekly NOV plan for the respective areas and checking SP’s during the visit. Achieve the set sales target. Compare, negotiate and advise the outlets regarding the sales plan and support BE for outlet promotion during seasonal and regional festivals. Negotiate with the township government departments for company FL license, transport pass and signage tax.
