Responsibilities: Check packaging process quality and sales quality of bottling, canning and kegging line to ensure products are as per standard. Inform PT and raise on-hold form for the finished products quality, packaging materials that are not complied with quality standards/specialization. Analyze on-hold item/ process deviation/ compliant and report to PT. Involve in problem solving together with other teams where appropriate and follow up corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the recurrence of the root cause. Check incoming packaging materials and process aids according to requirement. Report the packaging process quality results/ deviation to PT and give feedback to respective department for results/ deviation. Calibrate and do maintenance of packaging QC equipment/ EBI test bottle/ GO and No GO bottle so as to ensure the execution of all quality control analysis are correct and reliable. Assist supplier of packaging materials (Particularly local) in improving their product quality (under supervision of PT) to confirm to required specification. Make sure in packaging material quality to avoid production breakdown. Assist trials process and follow up. Check chemical stock for packaging usage (eg. Bottle washer additive chemical, line lubrication, Keg line caustic/ acid preparation, indicator preparation). Involve in problem solving together with other teams where appropriate and follow up corrective and preventive action to eliminate the recurrence of the root cause.
Formulate and Execute Marketing Strategies for our brand (Beer) to enhance Brand Equity. Manage external agencies and suppliers to execute brand activities. Project planning and timely execution by taking corrective measures as needed. Manage & track the budget in individual areas on a monthly basis. Manage brand activation programs and sponsorship activities to get maximum coverage and the best benefit from organizers for the brands. Contribute to developing communication campaigns to strengthen the brand. Execute and monitor brand activities within the budgets. Develop OOH Branding (Bus, Train, Wall, Home, Supermarket, etc..) to increase brand awareness. Measure and report the performance of all projects and assess against KPIs. Develop POSM items to be used in branding events and activities to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: Ensure getting government approval on time within approved policy in order to meet with operation requirement. Receive instructions from superior for other auxiliary work and taking prompt actions according to instructions. Prepare MIC proposal, MIC approval, import/Re-export, chemical, industrial, Narcotic/Drug Usage & storage License applications. Negotiate contracts, improve price and terms of business with third party and agent and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practices tools and methods. Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations. Act as an interface between third party and agent and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities. Build, maintain, manage third party and agent relationship and keep up good communications ensuring a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all third party and agent relationships. Ensure compliance to company compliance guideline, purchasing policies & procedures, and procurement code of ethics during negotiations and contracts award process. Assess, evaluate supplier and compile data contribute to third party and agent performance review and SAQ to ensure compliance to service and quality requirement. Maintaining accurate cost and pricing records, updating third party and agent information such as qualifications, delivery time, product range, etc and prepare report and updates as and when required. Work closely wit others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
