Responsible for achieving sales volume, market share and the effective representation of the company and brand customer. Communication with both draughts and non- draught outlets, sundry shops and check the hygiene and POSM items, and enter the data to the DVAQP system and check the stock in hand. Handle the direct sales of all brands during outlets visit. Daily, weekly and occasional report the market feedback and competitors’ information. Weekly NOV plan for the respective areas and checking SP’s during the visit. Achieve the set sales target. Compare, negotiate and advise the outlets regarding the sales plan and support BE for outlet promotion during seasonal and regional festivals. Negotiate with the township government departments for company FL license, transport pass and signage tax.

Responsibilities: Check packaging process quality and sales quality of bottling, canning and kegging line to ensure products are as per standard. Inform PT and raise on-hold form for the finished products quality, packaging materials that are not complied with quality standards/specialization. Analyze on-hold item/ process deviation/ compliant and report to PT. Involve in problem solving together with other teams where appropriate and follow up corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the recurrence of the root cause. Check incoming packaging materials and process aids according to requirement. Report the packaging process quality results/ deviation to PT and give feedback to respective department for results/ deviation. Calibrate and do maintenance of packaging QC equipment/ EBI test bottle/ GO and No GO bottle so as to ensure the execution of all quality control analysis are correct and reliable. Assist supplier of packaging materials (Particularly local) in improving their product quality (under supervision of PT) to confirm to required specification. Make sure in packaging material quality to avoid production breakdown. Assist trials process and follow up. Check chemical stock for packaging usage (eg. Bottle washer additive chemical, line lubrication, Keg line caustic/ acid preparation, indicator preparation). Involve in problem solving together with other teams where appropriate and follow up corrective and preventive action to eliminate the recurrence of the root cause.
Support brand manager to develop brand strategy and involve and execute brand activities to maintain the strong brand image, expend current market share customer to ensure a profitable growth for the company. Meet short- and long-term objective by developing plans & programs to achieve sales volume. Supervise and monitor work of staff to ensure effective performance of unit. Overall brand plan, development and direct marketing efforts to increase value and performance of Brand. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor’s activities. Supervise new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities. Achieve brand strategy’s KPI, analyze brand positioning and consumers insight to create new & innovative strategy.
To attend to maintenance service (Breakdowns, Front-lines maintenance and preventive maintenance, such as Troubleshooting, Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening, Overhaul, Etc). Supervise and monitor performance of team in shift to ensure effective service support to production. Review and discuss downtime, instrument and equipment failure (to meet sale target with maximum efficiency) together with Packaging team. Monitor and supervised for all electrical work in the brewery to comply with achieving ISO standards and OPI targets. Monitor and manage electrical and automation spare parts in good condition, enough stock to lower machine break down as low as possible. To ensure all work carried out by technicians and contractors are compliance with company Operational Management System.
Participate and evaluate extended warehouse management and sales distribution system. Understand well business processes, system and process flows, configuration, integrations and perform user training and system unit testing as needed. Prepare materials for functional specification and documentation for design/program specifications from requirement Collaborate with internal and external users of our organization and support some configuration of tablet user of Sales Force Automation and Eroute. Knowledge of ERP experience in business processes, workflow, project and system related documentation
