Assist RPM Manager for monitoring and maintaining warehouse KPI’s. To control and manage daily, weekly and monthly raw materials incoming and check quality requirement. Train and guide the shift members to improve their operation skills to meet set targets of KRAs. To do SAP system incoming and issuing another relative department.

Responsibilities: To be responsible for the finished good transport movement receiving, storing, route, monitor, control and rule and discipline prevent the other rent to transport cost. Prepare trip assign and plan, driver & helper, replacement and change. All driver and helper control discipline procedure and safety rule. Check process CWH loading process right SKU stand by have driver & helper. Driver interview has recruitment and preparation (Interview, Post, Test, Driving Test). Trip target KPI need to adjust empty return to all warehouses. Checking the repair & maintenance, tyre, battery, engine oil, spare part charges. Plan and supervise the shipments from depot transfer. Resolve problems concerning transportation and customer issues.
Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of Brewing process operation to achieve production targets and quality standards. Assist the production supervisor (Brewing) and the Brewing process in day-to-day operation, administration, planning, and controlling activities. Check, monitor, operate and control the Brewing (Brewhouse, Tank room and filter) operation according to specified procedure and parameters. Ensure timely supply of bright beers/stout according to required quantity and quality to all teams, in order to meet production. Comply with ISO procedures/work instructions as guidelines of all daily production operation. Actively participate in daily, weekly and monthly production meetings among own/cross teams.
