Check process CWH loading process right SKU stand by have driver & helper. Driver interview has recruitment and preparation (Interview, Post, Test, Driving Test). Trip target KPI need to adjust empty return to all warehouses. Checking the repair & maintenance, tyre, battery, engine oil, spare part charges. Plan and supervise the shipments from depot transfer. Resolve problems concerning transportation and customer issues.
Formulate and Execute Marketing Strategies for our brand (Beer) to enhance Brand Equity. Manage external agencies and suppliers to execute brand activities. Project planning and timely execution by taking corrective measures as needed. Manage & track the budget in individual areas on a monthly basis. Manage brand activation programs and sponsorship activities to get maximum coverage and the best benefit from organizers for the brands. Work closely with NTMU and the Sales team to execute projects effectively and timely. Contribute to developing communication campaigns to strengthen the brand. Execute and monitor brand activities within the budgets. Develop OOH Branding (Bus, Train, Wall, Home, Supermarket, etc..) to increase brand awareness. Measure and report the performance of all projects and assess against KPIs. Develop POSM items to be used in branding events and activities to increase brand awareness.
