  • To assist in AR section in updating and verifying cash receipts from customer to maintain a proper customer outstanding balance in accounts receivable management.
  • Check actual issues quantity as per warehouse inventory report with sales transactions at SAP system for accuracy of data entries.
  • Monitor customer credit balance, overdue amount and prepare overdue, outstanding list of sales distribution team to follow up for mitigate credit risk.
  • Prepare banks reconciliation for accurate bank and cash balance & customer promotional events, month end journal vouchers for correct accounting entries.
  • Generate statement of accounts of credit sales hotels and distributors for confirmation of account receivable outstanding.
  • Collect cash/cheque from five stars hotel and airlines to enhance customer service.
  • Check monthly gratis entries for NCP promotion and employee gratis to be correct account and type and prepare journal voucher for correct usage and accounts.
  • Monitor and follow up with SDU team for distributor’s bank guarantees amount and term expiry to mitigate credit risks.

Job Requirements

  • B.com or University graduate in Finance & Accounting, preferable ACCA/CPA.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Accounting & Finance, preferable experiences in fast Moving customer goods industry.
  • Full understanding of international financial reporting standards in order to meet with both corporate and local statutory reporting requirements.
  • Microsoft office tools, accounting software, good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Good relationship with internal and external customers.
