Maintain records of office assets and equipment usage. Check CCTV system functionality daily. Report any malfunction or security issues to the HR & Admin Manager immediately. Check generator fuel levels daily and maintain a fuel usage log. Report low fuel levels and arrange for timely refueling. Monitor generator operation during power outages and ensure proper maintenance schedules. Check company car fuel levels and maintain daily/weekly fuel consumption records. Verify driver logbooks, trip records, and routes (“car way check”). Monitor mileage, schedule vehicle maintenance, and ensure cleanliness. Coordinate daily transportation arrangements for staff or deliveries. Arrange flight tickets, hotel bookings, and transportation. Support logistics for company events, meetings, and trainings.
