Coordinate daily vehicle and ferry assignments, transportation schedules, and operations. - Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance status. - Arrange routine servicing, repairs, and inspections of company vehicles. - Maintain accurate fleet records, licenses, insurance, and related documents. - Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and service providers on fleet matters. - Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and regulatory requirements. - Support cost control by monitoring fuel, maintenance, and repair expenses. - Prepare fleet reports and summaries for management. - Perform other fleet-related duties as assigned.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures and ISO standards. - Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders as approved. - Develop, maintain, and expand a network of vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality products. - Negotiate contract terms, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms, with suppliers. - Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends, pricing, and product availability. - Support inventory control and asset tracking in coordination with relevant departments. - Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, shipping agents, and internal departments to avoid delays. - Perform vendor audits and evaluations to maintain a pool of high-quality suppliers. - Develop strategies to mitigate supply risks and ensure consistent quality of materials. - Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of exports. - Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable food safety standards, quality certifications, ISO requirements, and industry regulations related to export operations. - Prepare and present procurement reports on supplier performance, inventory status, market trends, and cost-saving initiatives. - Prepare and maintain procurement, shipping, and ISO-related documents and records. - Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.
