Conduct product and role-play training for the Marketing & Sales Team, including promotion staff. Visit KOL doctors and modern trade outlets to share product knowledge. Organize Medical CMEs, KOL doctor dinners/lunches, and health talk projects with public health speakers. Deliver product presentations at YCH, YGH, and modern trade outlets. Support the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and messaging. Coordinate with Digital marketing team and manage company Facebook pages, create monthly content, and execute digital promotions. Develop brochures, pamphlets, catalogs, and insert papers for new products. Analyze competitors, build competitor profiles, and enhance brand awareness with influencers and bloggers.
++Outbound Page++ 1. Knowledge Sharing posts, such as Travel Tip, Do & Don't, Visa Information, Travel Insurance, and so on must be posted on 1st week and 3rd week of each month. 2. Content calendar for Package Sales Posts and prepare content, campaign run, and Ads Management must be uploaded every Saturday. 3. Message, Comment, Inquiry must be replied in time during office hour. 4. Handling Customer Contacts and transferred to the relevant sales person. ++Ticketing page++ 1.Knowledge Sharing Posts such as Travel Tip, Do & Don't., Visa Information, Travel Insurance, must be all The Ticketing sales post must be posted on 2nd week and last week on each month. 2.The ticketing sales post must be posted on the Schedule Post at the end of the month for the campaign. 3. The necessary information must be requested by the international ticketing agent by the end of the month and make Content Creation. 4. Overview the comment, reply, message from ticketing agents. ++Other BU++ 1.Create general health knowledge articles for the supplement of the skin and medical products on each month. 2. Able to take any responsibilities assigned by HOD or Management whenever necessary.
Prepare daily & weekly corporate sales call plan and report to Sales Manager or BDM Respond and take necessary action to incoming email and phone enquiries from clients and deal with operation & reservation team to close the sales. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients by making regular visit, social activities & giving PR gifts Solve customer complaints by using negotiation skills and understand their main points and support best possible solutions Gather customer data & market information and update databases & records weekly Review own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed sales targets set by Sales Mgr or BDM Effectively communicate and promote travel products and services to existing customers and potential customers by using email, digital platform & direct phone call Prepare daily & weekly corporate sales plan and report to Sales Manager or BDM Report Monthly Sales & Sales Activities to E.D & M.D Participate & manage in travel roadshow & promote company’s travel products (both domestic or int’l) Need to assist and help team members whenever necessary
The Tour Operation Manager (Outbound) will be responsible for Overseeing day-to-day tour operations, managing tour guides and staff. Coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of tours. The Manager will be involved in designing tour packages, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing tour logistics.
Lead, Coordinate and communicate with clients and proceed end to end visa process. Oversee end-to-end visa applications, document collection, verifying documentation and entering data accurately and filing to embassy/consulate coordination and submission tracking. Monitor application status, proactively address issues, and maintain clear client communication throughout the process. Response to customer 's inquiries by online / offline (necessary), always follow up for potential Visa clients. Analysis Market Trend and make research about competitor's Visa selling methods and price. Collect and check update data information (related embassy information) by weekly (by making phone calls, from websites and visit by self if required) Check in SOP, rules& regulation about Visa Department. Mentor and pay guidance to junior visa staff or team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and service excellence. Perform to achieve team target and coaching team member’s achievement. Resolve about Visa Issues by self, report to MD timely (if required) and strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly. Corporate with other teams (Tour, Ticketing and BD) Ability to work with minimal supervision and willing to accept new responsibilities
