  1. Check and create knowledge Sharing posts and video content, such as Ticketing, Travel Tip, Do & Don't, Visa Information, Travel Insurance, and so on.
  2. Create general health knowledge articles or video content for the supplement of the skin and medical products on each month.
  3. Create content calendar for Package Sales Posts and prepare content, campaign run, and Ads Management.
  4. Media buying process for the business run.
  5. Message, Comment, Inquiry must be replied in time during office hour. 
  6. Handling Customer Contacts and transferred to the relevant sales person.
  7. Able to take any responsibilities assigned by HOD or Management whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Any graduate or diploma in Marketing , Digital Media or a related field.
  2. 1-3  years of experience in digital marketing.
  3. Experience in managing business accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.
  4. Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  5. Creativity and a good sense of visual design.
  6. Time management and Leadership skills.
  7. Ability to work independently , under pressure and as part of a team.
