Record daily sales, income, and expenses using accounting software. - Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). - Maintain stock/inventory records and prepare journal entries. - Prepare and record accruals, prepaid expenses, and recurring journal entries. - Reconcile accounts and ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date. - Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) reports. - Assist the Finance Manager with financial reporting, month-end closing, and other accounting tasks. - Support internal and external audits by providing the required accounting documents and schedules. - Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Verify that all Debit and Credit entries are posted under the correct General Ledger (GL) account heads. - Monitor and control Accounts Receivable (AR). - Review expense vouchers and supporting documents submitted by all departments to ensure their accuracy and completeness. - Prepare monthly journal entries to recognize accrued expenses (Accounts Payable) and amortize prepaid payments as expenses for Head Office. - Classify expense debit vouchers into Office Expenses, MD Personal Expenses, and Audit Expenses. - Prepare detailed and summary expense reports in Microsoft Excel and submit them to the Chief Accountant (CA) for the monthly Head Office Audit Report. - Record Head Office Fixed Assets in SAP and ensure they are ready for depreciation runs. - Reconcile Fixed Assets with the Admin Department on a monthly basis and submit the confirmed records to the Chief Accountant (CA). - Prepare, organize, and file Sales Invoices and supporting documents for Head Office audit purposes. - P&L,B/S Prepare and can assit to Finance Manager
Apply for, renew, and maintain all company-related licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals in accordance with government regulations. Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from interested parties and identify valuable business opportunities for the company. Stay up to date with government projects, policies, regulations, and information, as well as laws and regulations relating to the company's finished products, raw materials, and related goods. Report updates to Top Management and take necessary actions. Monitor and stay updated on Import & Export policies and Trade Policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Manage payment processes related to the company's financial and trading operations. Maintain and handle confidential documents and assignments delegated by the Managing Director (MD) and Directors. Understand tax laws and regulations, keep Top Management and the Finance Manager informed, and coordinate tax-related processes. Continuously monitor local and international market trends and provide recommendations to strengthen the company's brand and corporate image. Coordinate with the Finance and Sales & Marketing (SM) Departments to ensure import documentation is complete, accurate, and processed on time. Represent the company and liaise with Audit Firms, Agents, Banks, Public Organizations, and Government Departments. Handle administrative matters with municipal offices, electricity authorities, and other relevant government agencies. Perform any other duties assigned by Management as required.
