Job Description

  • Apply for, renew, and maintain all company-related licenses, registrations, permits, and approvals in accordance with government regulations.

  • Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from interested parties and identify valuable business opportunities for the company.

  • Stay up to date with government projects, policies, regulations, and information, as well as laws and regulations relating to the company's finished products, raw materials, and related goods. Report updates to Top Management and take necessary actions.

  • Monitor and stay updated on Import & Export policies and Trade Policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Manage payment processes related to the company's financial and trading operations.

  • Maintain and handle confidential documents and assignments delegated by the Managing Director (MD) and Directors.

  • Understand tax laws and regulations, keep Top Management and the Finance Manager informed, and coordinate tax-related processes.

  • Continuously monitor local and international market trends and provide recommendations to strengthen the company's brand and corporate image.

  • Coordinate with the Finance and Sales & Marketing (SM) Departments to ensure import documentation is complete, accurate, and processed on time.

  • Represent the company and liaise with Audit Firms, Agents, Banks, Public Organizations, and Government Departments.

  • Handle administrative matters with municipal offices, electricity authorities, and other relevant government agencies.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management as required.

Job Requirements

  • Age between 35 and 50 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, computer applications, and Internet usage.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards is required.
  • Ability to coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with government departments and regulatory authorities.
