This position is responsible for advising students who want to study overseas universities, specifically Malaysia, UK, USA, Canada, Australia universities. Conduct performance evaluations, provide training in sales techniques, client consultation, and operational best practices. Conduct high-level consultations with clients, assessing their academic and career goals to recommend appropriate educational programs and institutions. Develop customized solutions and persuasive presentations to effectively address client needs and guide decision-making. Manage the entire consultation process, providing expert advice and support to help clients make informed choices.- Assess clients' academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences to recommend suitable educational programs and institutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and expand the client base. Analyze sales performance metrics and implement adjustments to optimize results and address market trends. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase market presence. Address and resolve complex client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions to secure favorable terms and enhance service offerings. Network with community organizations, educational bodies, and industry professionals to promote the company’s services and foster collaboration. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to international education consultancy. Oversee the documentation process for admissions, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the company’s objectives.
Student Consultation Assist in conducting initial consultations with prospective students. Provide accurate information on education programs, admission requirements, living arrangements, etc., Message & Comment Response Monitor incoming messages, comments, tags, and mentions on all company social media platforms. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Customer Service & Problem Resolution Address complaints, concerns, and feedback in a polite and professional manner. Offer solutions, guidance, and information based on company policies. Ensure followup on unresolved customer issues. Monitoring & Reporting Keep track of common inquiries, issues, and trends. Prepare simple daily or weekly reports on customer interactions.
