This role will support HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of supporting a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, attendance, leave, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing training, workshops, and development and benefit programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and professional workplace

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (preferably in the education sector or service industry).
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, HR administration).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
