Work closely with tenants to support their individual marketing activities and align them with mall-wide initiatives. Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and report on ROI for campaigns. Oversee the design and distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and digital content. Organize and execute PR activities and media engagement to boost mall visibility. Conduct regular footfall analysis, customer surveys, and satisfaction studies to inform decision-making. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity across all platforms and communications. Plan CSR activities, community outreach, and loyalty programs to foster long-term customer engagement.
Support and Implementation, Innovative and upgrade to HR Recruitment and Selection Process. Handle and proceed Talent Acquisition Program. Support and builds a talent pipeline. Develops relationships with potential candidates. Proceed to fill job opening position. Screens and interview applicants. Manage and control job offer process. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Use job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to identify potential candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews with department heads and stakeholders. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms when necessary. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
