Establish training and development program (Internal & External Training). Drive the talent management and succession planning processes for all BU. Develop a positive working culture and environment. Support HR projects as assigned by Corporate Head of HR. Any ad hoc assigned by Corporate Head of HR.

Review and maintain daily cash book and bank transactions. Check and reconcile daily cash balances. Prepare, verify, and submit daily expense vouchers for Director’s approval. Prepare daily cash in/out reports and submit to the Chief Accountant. Prepare and review weekly cash and bank transactions for monthly reporting. Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain the general ledger. Prepare full accounting records for monthly reports. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Statement of Financial Position and submit to the Director. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
