Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Review and maintain daily cash book and bank transactions.
  • Check and reconcile daily cash balances.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit daily expense vouchers for Director’s approval.
  • Prepare daily cash in/out reports and submit to the Chief Accountant.
  • Prepare and review weekly cash and bank transactions for monthly reporting.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Prepare full accounting records for monthly reports.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Statement of Financial Position and submit to the Director. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a university graduate.
  • Must hold LCCI Level III or equivalent accounting qualifications.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills with senior management.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Senior Accountant.
