Maintain and update fixed asset register, including acquisition, transfer, depreciation, and disposal records. Ensure asset tagging, coding, and proper documentation of company assets. Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets with system records. Prepare fixed asset reports for management and support internal/external audits. Oversee fleet management including vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance, and fuel usage. Monitor vehicle schedules, mileage, and driver assignments to ensure efficiency. Maintain records of fleet expenses, licenses, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and service providers for fleet and asset maintenance. Support administrative functions, office operations, and other tasks assigned by management.
