  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop and improve operational systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Administration team and other departments.
  • Prepare operational plans, schedules, and management reports.
  • Solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Support strategic planning and business development activities.
  • Handle and manage the monthly KPI overview for all departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management (preference for trading industry experience).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
