Troubleshoots material supply problems on a timely basis, to build cooperative partnerships with suppliers to attain mutual goals and facilitates coordination between suppliers and CP manufacturing. Handle customs risk management and ensure company 100% compliance with Customs law & regulation. Overview the documentation process of all government & non-government related approvals such as FDA, Halal, MOI, MIC, MOC, National Lab, UMFCCI, etc Work closely with 3rd Party Customs Clearance for Raw Material & Packaging materials, and also for Finished Goods customs clearance for Importer (Distributor) Keep all documents and records to ensure FCPA compliance Highlight key challenges and suggest plans to meet them Understand production planning aspects and executes in absence of Planning Manager Work with Support function team - Quality/Safety/Operation - in the implementation of Quality programs implementation as well as Safety and FP&R program to ensure the compliance for CPMM in working area Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
