Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Coordinates with cross functional team – Operation, Quality, Engineering and concerned parties to ensure the products are produced as per production plan, also for new products and new project management
Coordinate with procurement, operations teams for availability of materials (RM & PKG)
Controls the inventory level of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials; and Finished Goods by issuing appropriate changes to adjust due to order cancellations, pull-up or push-out, production output fluctuation, etc.
Handle material requirement planning (MRP) and place PO using SAP system to meet production demands
Coordinates with procurement dept. and others in maintaining master data in SAP system as assigned responsibilities from the system.
Troubleshoots material supply problems on a timely basis, to build cooperative partnerships with suppliers to attain mutual goals and facilitates coordination between suppliers and CP manufacturing.
Handle customs risk management and ensure company 100% compliance with Customs law & regulation.
Overview the documentation process of all government & non-government related approvals such as FDA, Halal, MOI, MIC, MOC, National Lab, UMFCCI, etc
Work closely with 3rd Party Customs Clearance for Raw Material & Packaging materials, and also for Finished Goods customs clearance for Importer (Distributor)
Keep all documents and records to ensure FCPA compliance
Highlight key challenges and suggest plans to meet them
Understand production planning aspects and executes in absence of Planning Manager
Work with Support function team - Quality/Safety/Operation - in the implementation of Quality programs implementation as well as Safety and FP&R program to ensure the compliance for CPMM in working area
Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field.
Minimum Experience 5-7 Years experiences including 2-4 years of direct experience in materials planning, logistics and custom clearance function
Related work experience in FMCG is a plus
Understanding on operation management related to Quality /EOHS/FP&R knowledge etc.
Good Knowledge of SAP working is a plus
Fluent in English Communication
