Inventory & POSM Management: ဆေးခန်းအတွင်းရှိ Promotional Items များနှင့် POSM လက်ကျန် စာရင်း (Inventory) များကို လစဉ် စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေး ရေတွက် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။ On-site Production Support: ဗီဒီယို ရိုက်ကူးရေးနေ့များနှင့် Events များတွင် Props များ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း၊ ပစ္စည်းများ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် ကွင်းဆင်း အကူအညီပေးခြင်း။ Data Entry & Administrative Support: လစဉ် Marketing Data များနှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ် စာရင်းများကို MS Excel တွင် ရိုက်သွင်းကာ Supervisor ၏ Report ပြင်ဆင်မှုတွင် ကူညီပေးခြင်း။ Cross-Team Collaboration: Supervisor ၏ ညွှန်ကြားမှုအောက်တွင် Content Team, Design Team တို့နှင့် ချောမွေ့စွာ လက်တွဲ လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။
Content Planning & Execution: Develop a content calendar for social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Viber) in accordance with the established strategy, and closely supervise timely content delivery. Video Production Leadership: Lead and coordinate video shoots at the clinic, including treatment videos and doctor/patient interviews, and closely supervise the production of short-form videos (Reels/TikTok). Quality Control (QC): Review and quality-check posts, graphics, and videos before publication to ensure they meet premium brand standards, and obtain approval from the Marketing Manager. Lead Generation & Conversion: Monitor and respond to page messages and comments, and collaborate with the Customer Service (CS) and Reception Teams to convert potential patient leads into confirmed appointments. Paid Ads Management: Effectively manage Meta Ads campaigns based on target audiences and campaign objectives. - Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze video views, engagement, and lead data; prepare performance reports and present them to management/executives. Check and verify daily income and expense records. Perform bank reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of bank transactions. Calculate dentists’ relieving fees accurately and prepare payment documents. Verify local and foreign laboratory fees and maintain proper records. Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Manage supplier payment schedules and outstanding balances. Monitor and control revenue leakage, missing payments, and discount errors. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Ensure compliance with finance procedures and internal controls. Coordinate with the Management Team to improve and streamline operational finance processes. Take overall responsibility for systematically monitoring and controlling the clinic’s daily income, expenses, doctor fees, laboratory fees, AR/AP, and bank transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and effective operational control.
