Check and verify daily income and expense records.

Perform bank reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of bank transactions.

Calculate dentists’ relieving fees accurately and prepare payment documents.

Verify local and foreign laboratory fees and maintain proper records.

Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Manage supplier payment schedules and outstanding balances.

Monitor and control revenue leakage, missing payments, and discount errors.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Ensure compliance with finance procedures and internal controls.

Coordinate with the Management Team to improve and streamline operational finance processes.

Take overall responsibility for systematically monitoring and controlling the clinic’s daily income, expenses, doctor fees, laboratory fees, AR/AP, and bank transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and effective operational control.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or completion of LCCI Level 3.

At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Candidates with experience in a Clinic, Hospital, or Service Industry will be preferred.

Proficient in Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Cash Flow Management.

Proficient in using Excel and Accounting Software.

Detail-oriented with strong financial checking and analytical skills.

Good teamwork and reporting skills.
