In English Oversee and manage the daily operations of all Thone Pan Hla branches to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Lead and supervise Branch Managers to ensure consistent service quality, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards across all branches. Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal control systems. Monitor branch performance, sales, operating costs, staff productivity, inventory management, and customer satisfaction to achieve business objectives. Conduct regular branch visits, identify operational challenges, implement improvement plans, and prepare performance reports for management.
