The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, attendance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains talented employees while maintaining efficient HR operations Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Payroll & Compensation Calculate and verify monthly payroll, overtime, attendance deductions, allowances, incentives, and bonuses. Ensure accurate payroll records and timely salary payments. Coordinate statutory contributions and employee benefits administration. Prepare payroll reports for management review. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR databases. Monitor attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Employee Relations & Performance Management Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development plans. Advise management on HR-related matters and best practices.
