• Oversee and manage the daily operations of all Thone Pan Hla branches to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

• Lead and supervise Branch Managers to ensure consistent service quality, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards across all branches.

• ဆိုင်ခွဲများအကြား ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေး၊ အစားအသောက်အရည်အသွေး၊ သန့်ရှင်းမှုနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည် တစ်ပြေးညီရှိစေရန် စီစစ် ကြပ်မက် ဆောင်ရွက်ရပါမည်။

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

• At least 3 years of management experience in a Manager or Supervisor position.

• Must have experience managing multiple tea shops, restaurants, or chain outlets.

• Proficient in staff management, developing and implementing SOPs, and monitoring operational performance.

• Good understanding of sales, cost control, food quality, and customer service.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Must be responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Must be able to travel regularly to different branches for supervision.

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

• F&B လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၅) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။

• Manager သို့မဟုတ် Supervisor ရာထူးဖြင့် လုပ်ငန်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။

• အရောင်း၊ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်၊ Food Quality နှင့် Customer Service ပိုင်းများကို နားလည်ပြီး ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

• ခေါင်းဆောင်မှု၊ ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မှုစွမ်းရည် ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

• Microsoft Office (အထူးသဖြင့် Excel) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

• တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး ကိုယ်တိုင်အစပြုဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ၊ ရလဒ်အပေါ် အလေးထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
