Deliver our Customer Service level as announced by Management; Deliver OTIF 95%; Process Customer Orders and manage Customer Orders till deliveries are made; Manager Team to deliver the above-mentioned responsibilities; To be responsible for reviewing contracts and managing the processing of sales orders and billing changes into the order/billing system To Investigate, review, and provide resolution to billing related issues and run invoice processes per agreed upon schedule To review contract data for billing accuracy and research customer agreements, addendums that outline the key rates, terms and conditions in various agreements. This position is for Thilawa Location. Job Purpose: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within the organization. Collaborates with different teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain necessary equipment, and promote a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with personnel to execute inspection, testing, and maintenance programs for fire protection equipment, including fire alarms systems, evacuation lighting signs, emergency lights, fire exit doors, fire hoses, fire extinguishers, and fire pumps. Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure an adequate supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always available. Actively participate in safety-related meetings and inspections, such as safety committee meetings, plant inspections, walkabouts, and 5S initiatives. Generate comprehensive reports based on findings. Identify and report unsafe conditions and accidents to related supervisors, while also proposing effective preventive and corrective measures. Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections in designated areas to ensure compliance with established standards. To compliance with internal safety Rules ,Regulation and MJTD standard according to IEE report -Manage all the DG waste and disposing process to align with third party. -Handle for WWT process to align within TSMC guideline standard. -Report daily ,weekly ,monthly to both local and oversea management. -Provide the SOP and saftey training related as the necessary in operation. -Maintain zero incident and accident case seriously. -Knowledge the ISO awareness and guideline format. Maintain accurate records and statistics related to accident reports.
Develop and execute a strategy to build strong relationships with the leading Architects and Interior Designers, such that, they specify and prefer to use TOA Product Offers in their projects; Responsible for the Spec-In Targets; Develop and executive the “TOA Value Proposition” for the Architects and Interior Designers; Build a Project Pipe-line which will be monitored through a Project Pipe-Line Tracking tool
Job Purpose: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the company. This role plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's goals and objectives by developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:: Manpower planning and handle for recruitment process. Implement and maintain Human Resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations. Working closely with HR Headquarter regarding policy, recruitment and termination of department and higher, monthly meeting and reports, strategic planning and people development. Ensuring that Organization Chart is updated. Planning, implementing and monitoring HR budget and plan. Conduct the orientation program, develop yearly training plan, and company activities/program in comply with business requirements and TOA standards/directions. Develop and update company regulations in accordance with business requirements and Labor Codes and ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations. Manage performance management system. Develop the company’s compensation program, including salary administration and benefits programs. Perform C&B survey to ensure that compensation practices are attractive and in line with Market. Administer HR database and prepare payrolls, social security insurance, personal income tax, and others monetary items required by laws. Support another HR Projects as required by TOA policy and standards. Prepare HR reports such as turnover rate, absenteeism, vacancies and monthly report. Consult with manager changes in work settings, employee motivation and recognition. Register and renew foreign registration certificate, work permit and visas for expatriate. Prepare legal documents such as hiring, leasing & rental agreement. Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.Performing other duties as requested by the Country Manager.
Reports To : Optimization & Overseas Procurement Manager/ Country Manager Key Responsibilities Lead the procurement of indirect materials required to support production and operations. Purchase marketing items, services, and office supplies to meet organizational needs. Identify and source reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure contract execution. Evaluate bids from suppliers, ensuring alignment with departmental and company policies and procedures. Draft and/or review supply and service specifications to meet operational requirements. Monitor supplier performance and take necessary actions to maintain quality and efficiency. Negotiate with Suppliers for contracts to achieve favorable terms. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Distribute purchasing information to relevant parties, including management, vendors etc. Review and evaluate purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness. Gather, record, and maintain purchase data for reporting and analysis purposes. Resolve any issues, problems, or complaints related to procurement. Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators to internal stakeholders and corporate functions.
Set operation plans of each section in the production department to match with the company business plan. Prepared production capacity must be sufficient for the market demand and produce the product meet standard quality and deliver to customers on time. Ensure that production process run reliably and efficiently, including prepare the suitable manpower plan and machine selection. Prepare the department’s yearly investment budget and expenses. Present to top management for approval as well as control investment and/or expenses as approved. Ensure key performance indicators are in place and meet the production targets. Implement any new policies and procedures relating to the production process. Be responsible for the maintenance of machines and equipment. Work with the other managers and team members to implement the company’s policies and goals. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines. Identify training needs, supervise and motivate team members. Liaise among different departments. Performs other duties as assigned.
