Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement detailed production plans, including daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Establish clear production objectives and effectively communicate them to all team members.

  • Guide, coach, and supervise employees while closely monitoring their productivity and work performance.

  • Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities, arranging manpower, and preparing duty rosters and shift schedules.

  • Ensure employees follow standard operating procedures and that all production processes run efficiently, effectively, and safely.

  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with other departments to support continuous and timely production activities.

  • Conduct employee performance appraisals twice per year and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Plan and implement training and development programs for staff, including product knowledge, production processes, 5S, OEE, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in setting departmental KPIs and ensure targets are achieved.

  • Support the preparation of the yearly departmental budget and monitor cost control.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly production reports to the Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

  Qualification and Job Requirements
 Minimum Bachelor degree of Chemical/ Industrial Engineering

 Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position from Chemical industry or related industry (Paint industry will be advantages)

Good knowledge about production and factory management, results-oriented, strong leadership and outgoing personality with excellent verbal and communication skills;
