Responsible for managing and monitoring the implementation progresses of Sales focus plans, daily operational schedules, records and reports (Daily reports, Weekly reports, Monthly reports.) Responsible to achieve to the daily results of sales or daily operation planning and report back to Management timely. Ensure the plans of operation are going in the right directions align with management objectives. Lead the Supervisors and sales team of Channel Outlets in daily operation to ensure the sales team and supervisors are following operation's disciplinaries and policies. Prepare the summary daily, weekly, monthly reports and report to Management. Time to Time visit the market of Chennel Outlets and correct the way of working of sales teams & Supervisors. Submit operational or sales promotional idea proposals to Management. Responsible for each supervisor's daily sales planning to achieve the monthly and weekly sales targets and KPI. Set up daily sales order delivery plans or schedules of sales team and Supervisor. Keep tracking the inventory of sales tools and assets of sales operation. Complete the additional task that assign from Management. Develop and implement operational strategies to support the sales department's goals and objectives.
