Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the sales team. Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales representatives. Assist in setting and implementing sales goals and strategies. Handle customers in their queries and complaints and be able to solve issues which may arise on ground from time to time Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Lead in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline). Coordinate with sales teams and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Lead in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and on-ground activation. Handle documentation and data entry related to marketing operations. Maintain marketing inventory (POSM, brochures, giveaways, etc.) Preparing reports, slides, and meeting documents.
Supervise daily Horeca sales operations and ensure target achievement. Build and maintain strong business relationships with key Horeca, accounts CHotel, Restaurant, capes). Identity new Horeca opportunities and develop sales growth plans. Lead, train, and motivate sales representative under Horeca channel. and product visibility. Monitor outlet coverage, order frequency. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and share with HOD. Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery, and operation teams por Smooth execution. Handle customer issues, price negotiation, arid ensure service satisfaction. Conduct regular market visits to evaluate brand presence and competitor activity Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
