Employee database များ update လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ဝန်ထမ်းစာချုပ်များနှင့် HR documents များ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
ဝန်ထမ်းအသစ်များအတွက် onboarding process ကို စီစဉ်ပေးရမည်။
ဝန်ထမ်း attendance records များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း နှင့် report များပြုလုပ်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
HR, Business Administration နှင့်ဆိုင်သော knowledge ရှိလျှင်ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည်။
Microsoft Word, Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
Communication skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
Teamwork နှင့် confidentiality ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်
