  • ဝန်ထမ်းခေါ်ယူရေးလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် CV များ စုဆောင်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် interview schedule များ စီစဉ်ပေးရမည်။
  •  Job advertisement များ တင်ခြင်းနှင့် candidate များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပေးရမည်။
  • Employee database များ update လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ဝန်ထမ်းစာချုပ်များနှင့် HR documents များ စီမံထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းအသစ်များအတွက် onboarding process ကို စီစဉ်ပေးရမည်။
  • ဝန်ထမ်း attendance records များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း နှင့် report များပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
  • HR department ၏ administrative tasks များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • HR, Business Administration နှင့်ဆိုင်သော knowledge ရှိလျှင်ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည်။
  •  Microsoft Word, Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
  • Communication skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
  • Teamwork နှင့် confidentiality ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်
