Job Description Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records. Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries. To develop all the system related to cash transactions To know the availability of real - time cash balances and bank balances To handle all cash payments and cash receiving effectively To ease all of the company's staff cash transactions Recording and managing all cash receipts ,advance payments from the company's office and bank accounts Checking the vouchers for every payment and recalculating the correctness of their payments Checking whether all cash received is in accordance with the company's sales and credit policies Filling all vouchers for payments and receipts of the cash transactions Keeping evidence for all cash received from the customers and others Manage cash availability for payments due Prepare and report on daily office cash balance and month - end cash balance reports Prepare report the month -end cash count sheet monthly cash received and payment through all of the company's bank accounts Prepare report the month - end bank balance report for all of the company's bank accounts Filling the monthly bank statements for all of the company's bank accounts
