*Receive and record daily cash payments and collections accurately.
*Handle cash transactions, including cash receipts, payments, and deposits.
*Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the responsible supervisor.
*Issue receipts and maintain proper records of all cash transactions.
*Check and reconcile daily cash balances against transaction records.
*Verify payment documents and supporting vouchers before processing payments.
*Maintain accurate filing of cash receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
*Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and other relevant departments regarding cash collections and payments.
*Ensure the safety and proper handling of company cash and financial documents.
*Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

*Any graduate; a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
*Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Cashier or related finance position is preferred.
*Experience in a pharmaceutical, distribution, or trading company is an advantage.
*Basic knowledge of cash handling, payment procedures, and daily cash reconciliation.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
*Honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and responsible.
*Good communication and coordination skills.
*Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Willingness to work at the Mandalay Branch.
