Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Conducting cost-benefit analyses, monitoring market trends, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Monitor budget utilization and provide monthly reports on procurement. Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Support initiatives for employee engagement, recognition, and wellness. Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Assist in performance appraisal processes. Coordinate training and development programs. Assist with payroll processing, leaves, and benefits administration. Supervise HR Officers/Senior Officers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
