Main Job Responsibilities Assist in implementing the airport's commercial strategies, business plans, and departmental objectives. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development initiatives. Assist in managing commercial contracts, lease agreements, and concession performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Build and maintain effective working relationships with airlines, concessionaires, tenants, business partners, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and operation of commercial projects and services. Ensure compliance with company policies, airport regulations, safety standards, and relevant legal requirements in all commercial activities. Handle customer and tenant inquiries, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for commercial projects and management meetings. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.
