Manage and supervise daily operations of the automotive service department Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and service staff to achieve performance targets Ensure vehicle servicing and repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within assigned deadlines Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and sales departments to ensure smooth service operations Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and facilities Prepare service reports, productivity analysis, and performance evaluations
