Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage and supervise daily operations of the automotive service department
Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and service staff to achieve performance targets
Ensure vehicle servicing and repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within assigned deadlines
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with spare parts, warranty, and sales departments to ensure smooth service operations
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and facilities
Prepare service reports, productivity analysis, and performance evaluations

Job Requirements

Must hold B.E (Mechanical Engineering) degree.
Must be fluent in all four English skills
Must have strong theoretical and practical knowledge related to Automotive Technology.
Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in related position
Must be able to effectively manage and supervise the service team.
Must be able to complete vehicle repair and servicing within assigned targets and deadlines.
Must possess Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving, Communication, and Management skills.
Must be able to build and maintain good relationships with customers
Must have a valid driving license and good driving skills
Must be give recommendation letter from previous company
