Key Responsibilities: Provide expert consultations to clients and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products Explain procedures, benefits, risks, and post-care clearly to clients Assist the doctor with client preparation and treatment coordination Schedule and manage client appointments using software. Supervise and guide the aesthetician team to maintain service excellence Manage clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory, and client records Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship building to ensure satisfaction Promote treatment packages and skincare products to meet sales targets Monitor daily performance and report on sales, client feedback, and team progress
