Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultations to clients and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
• Explain procedures, benefits, risks, and post-care clearly to clients
• Assist the doctor with client preparation and treatment coordination
• Schedule and manage client appointments using software.
• Supervise and guide the aesthetician team to maintain service excellence
• Manage clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory, and client records
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and relationship building to ensure satisfaction
• Promote treatment packages and skincare products to meet sales targets
• Monitor daily performance and report on sales, client feedback, and team progress

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or hospitality industry
• Strong background in client consultation and/or operations
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Fluent in spoken English
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
