Key Responsibilities: Sales Accounting Record daily sales transactions from POS systems and excel. Assist in the issuance and tracking of sales invoices and credit notes. Reconcile cash, bank and credit customer payments with sales records. Monitor accounts receivable and assist in collection follow-ups. Inventory Accounting Record inventory purchases, transfers, adjustments, and write-offs in the accounting system. Assist in reconciling physical stock with system records. Track inventory movement across branches, warehouses, or consignment locations. Reporting & Reconciliation Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports. Help reconcile discrepancies in sales data or stock movement. Support the month-end closing process for sales and inventory-related entries. Compliance & Internal Controls Follow company policies and internal controls for handling sales and inventory transactions. Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts. Maintain accurate documentation for sales, returns, and inventory adjustments.
