We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and administrative functions while supporting employees and management across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and job offers. Plan and coordinate onboarding, including orientation programs, asset preparation, and required training. Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance procedures, and documentation. 2. Employee Relations Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related matters promptly. Support a positive and healthy workplace culture by promoting engagement and morale. 3. HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and attendance. Prepare and update HR documents, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices. 4. Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process—objective setting, evaluation coordination, and feedback tracking. 5. Payroll & Benefits Administration Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Administer employee benefits (insurance, leave management, and other entitlements). 6. Training & Development Identify training requirements and arrange relevant training sessions. Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness. 7. Administrative Support Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
