We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of Software Development and Odoo ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership capabilities, and experience working with ERP systems—especially Odoo. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that goals, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for Odoo ERP implementations.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Ensure that all project phases are executed efficiently from initiation to closure.
(2) Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, consultants, analysts, and end-users.

Act as the key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Facilitate collaboration, manage expectations, and maintain alignment on project goals.
(3) Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Track issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain risk logs and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
(4) Budgeting & Resource Allocation

Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with financial projections and project scope.

Allocate tasks and optimize the use of internal and external resources.
(5) Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring

Ensure that all Odoo ERP modules are implemented in line with business requirements.

Oversee system testing, quality reviews, and performance evaluations before go-live.

Ensure post-implementation support and system stability.
(6) User Engagement & Change Management

Lead change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.

Coordinate user training and provide ongoing support during the transition phase.

Gather user feedback and oversee enhancements or modifications post-launch.
(7) Reporting & Documentation

Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure accurate and updated documentation of project milestones, system configurations, and decisions.

Maintain clear communication through reports, dashboards, and scheduled reviews.
